Technology Source was approached by a telecommunications manager at a leading rideshare company who was looking to reduce their monthly spend on their conferencing service, but didn't want any reduction in quality.
We began by analyzing their bills to understand their usage pattern, then set up a focus group with the company's heaviest conferencing users with the purpose of understanding what features they need what they wanted, and what they couldn't live without. After this due diligence phase, we narrowed down the providers to the platform that would fulfill the criteria requested through our focus group, and sent RFPs to the providers who met the specifications.
A much more affordable provider was found, and the rideshare company moved forward on a beta test to ensure the platform would meet their expectations. Technology Source had several demo accounts set up for them to try, and after a brief trial period, they moved forward with the winning provider.
