Senior Technology Advisors are responsible for establishing contact with prospective clients, helping clients shop for services, request quotes for their requirements and set up presentations from IT services providers offering IT solutions.

We are looking for technology specialists who are sales leaders and creative problem solvers for the position of Senior Technology Advisor. Senior Technology Advisors are responsible for establishing contact with prospective clients, helping clients shop for services, request quotes for their requirements and set up presentations from IT services providers offering IT solutions. You will be helping clients to solve business problems and choosing the right options for migrating services to the cloud, and project management. You will be working with both your client and engineering technical teams to ensure successful implementations, among other duties.

Moreover, Senior Technology Advisors will manage accounts with the goal of growing the relationships and client monthly spend, requiring exceptional interpersonal and communicative ability.


Senior Technology Advisor Responsibilities:

● Find prospective clients and determine requirements

● Analyzing a company's IT system and infrastructure.

● Diagnosing IT system problems, inefficiencies and weaknesses.

● Recommending products and services that will meet clients needs.

● Implementing a technological solution to meet business needs.

● Managing client accounts and being an ongoing resource for clients.

● Providing advice on technology best practices.

● Collaborating with technical in-house team to ensure smooth implementations.

● Monitoring the success of IT solution.

● Doing quarterly business reviews with your clients.


Senior Technology Advisor Requirements:

● Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related experience.

● IT Industry related Sales Experience

● Excellent written and verbal communication.

● Good interpersonal skills.

● Creative problem-solving skills.

● Analytical mindset.

● Good time management and organizational skills.
